Teriberka

Teriberka is an ancient fishing village on the Barents Sea coast with access to the Arctic Ocean. Russian encampment fishermen formed in the XVI century. After the war, acted port on the tundra and on the surrounding hills grazing reindeer herds, the people hunted salmon and cod. Teriberka gained worldwide fame thanks nominated for Oscar Leviathan movie, because most of the movie was shot in here. The village was the only place in the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation, was among the 20 most popular world tourist destinations in 2016 according to National Geographic Traveler magazine. Road to Teriberka lies across the northern tundra, past picturesque lakes, hills and rocks. You will visit those beautiful waterfall flowing into the sea, artillery battery cannon coast guard, the cemetery of the old wooden ships of the XX century, walk along the rocky seashore (Get popularly known as "dinosaur eggs") and the sandy beach Lodeynoe (Ship) bay.
